Where’ve you been? What happened?
Creepy Co. hit some rough waters in late 2022 and had to close its doors in 2023. But creepy things are hard to keep buried.
We’re back under the same ownership, with the same spirit, style, and love of all things creepy that shaped Creepy Co. during its peak years.
Where are the pins, blankets, plush, rugs, etc.?
We’re relaunching in phases with a smaller lineup while the crypt fully powers back up.
For now, many items are being produced using a print-on-demand model, which lets us release designs more flexibly while we rebuild thoughtfully and sustainably.
We know many Creeps are hoping for the return of pins, plush, rugs, throw blankets, and other favorite categories. New products and old favorites are already in the works, including kids apparel for the first time.
Bigger monsters just take a little longer to resurrect.
What about licensed collections?
Licensed collections have always been part of Creepy Co.’s DNA, and there are definitely more spooky collaborations ahead.
We can’t spill the monster guts just yet, but yes, more officially licensed collections are coming.
Are you still working with artists?
Absolutely. Creepy Co. has always been artist-driven, and we’ll continue collaborating with talented weirdos who share our love of horror, Halloween, nostalgia, and all things creepy.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–7 business days. Some items may ship separately depending on the products ordered.
You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
We do our best to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while maintaining reliable delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Creepy Co. currently ships to many countries worldwide.
Available shipping destinations and rates are shown at checkout. Please note that some products or regions may have shipping restrictions.
Will I be charged customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other charges determined by your country.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email sent to the email address used at checkout.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside our control. Please monitor your tracking information for updates once your order has shipped.
If your package appears to be significantly delayed or potentially lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help investigate the issue.

- Creepy Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- Creepy Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery.
- In some cases, international shipments may take several weeks to arrive before being considered lost by the carrier.
Returns, exchanges and order changes
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because Creepy Co. products are made to order, we’re unable to offer general returns or exchanges at this time.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.
Please be sure to review product descriptions, sizing information, and your order details carefully before placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and work with you on a replacement or other resolution if appropriate.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order, as we typically cannot offer exchanges for sizing issues.
If you believe you received an item that was mislabeled or significantly different from the ordered size, please contact us and we’ll be happy to review the issue.

Can I still access my old Creepy Co. account?
You should be able to, yes. If you know you had a customer account but can’t log in, reach out to us at support@creepycompany.com and we’ll help get things sorted out.
Are gift cards from the previous store still valid?
Yes. Existing Creepy Co. gift cards should work normally during checkout. If you run into any issues, contact us at support@creepycompany.com and we’ll be happy to help.
I had store credit from the previous store. Is it still there?
In many cases, yes — but availability may depend on the age and status of the original account.
